So, finally the eight day long debate and a series of question put on our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi after Uri Attack came to an end when India on Thursday gave a strong message to Pakistan "that we are not going to bend down infront of them, Mind it".  India on Thursday announced that it has carried out military strikes against terrorist camps across the LOC (Line Of Control) in response to the terror attack on a military base at Uri in  Jammu and Kashmir on September 18. 19 Indian soldiers were killed in that attack. In carrying out this attack on Thursday, India has sent a strong signal that it is prepared to take a calculated risk and respond with violence to terrorist attacks from Pakistan-controlled territory. After Uri attack India has declared to break all its relations with Pakistan. Whether it is trade and commerce, sports, Indus Treaty or most important SAARC summit which is going to held in Islamabad on Nov. Our external affairs minister Smt. Sushma

“The love that lasts the longest is the love which is never returned.”

Walking by these empty lanes, I see myself fading away… Yet I know… Somewhere deep inside of you, you loved me back and it was true… I tried to say, I tried too hard… Each moment I missed, a moment of love… Now just left with memories back when, A lonely man trailing the solitary lanes… Love was there and love will be… The flames will burn in the air it breathes. Even though you never loved me back, I’ll love you for eternity. You’ll never know, how much you mean to me… I didn’t know how to confess what my feelings are; If only I could know, if the doors to your heart were ajar… I would’ve poured out what I felt back then. And those times have passed… Just left with memories back when, Now a lonely man trailing the solitary lanes… It was too late then, you were gone… But this day I have so much to say, No time to dream, nowhere to sway. Just one chance to tell you that is all I need… How much I loved, for you I lived. And here I am, forever yours to stay

NO MEANS NO...

Last evening I saw the movie PINK .  It's a movie with a profound message for young boys and girls :WHEN TO SAY NO AND TO ACCEPT THAT,   NO MEANS NO . Kudos to the director who has intensely projected the venomous mentality of the society .  Its a hard hitting portrayal of the so called "COOL DUDES " of the elite society who r always drooling over young girls under the garb of flamboyance and who are wrongly mistaken that any girl who lives alone independently , wears short clothes, boozes or talks freely is a FREAK and is easily available to satisfy their forced desires ....  They should very well understand the meaning of NO , if a girl wants to draw a line by saying No , it should be respected and taken care of and not to be made an ego issue or a challenge to manhood ..... But simultaneously it is an alarm for the so called " Cool Girls " that if liberation and modernity crosses limits it attracts problems .. Leading to humiliation and disgrace.... Th

INDIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM

The Indian Judicial System has been placed in between Westminster model (where Judiciary is rather toothless) and American model (where Judiciary is supreme). The Judiciary has in India’s independent history more often than not tipped the scales back in favor of  libertarian democracy whenever the balance has been distributed by executive nation. The Indian Judicial system is one of the oldest legal system in the world today. It is a part of inheritance India received from British after a 200 years of colonial rule. The framework of the current legal system has been laid down by the Indian Constitution and the Judicial system derives the power from it. The Constitution of India is the supreme law of the country, the fountain source of law in India. It came into effect on 26 January 1950 and is the world’s longest written constitution. It  not only laid the framework of the Indian Judicial system, but has also laid out the powers, duties, procedures and structures of the various b
